TECHNICAL FAQ

We utilize flatbed trucking for all container deliveries. The site must be accessible by a 53′ tractor-trailer. A crane or heavy-duty forklift is required on-site for offloading.

We provide a complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) package stamped by engineers licensed in your state. You will hand this package to your local architect or GC to submit to the municipality.

Our C-Box units arrive 95% turnkey. Connection to main power, water, and waste is required on-site. Panelized modular rooms require assembly, which typically takes 5-7 days depending on size.

We can assess delivery logistics via satellite imagery. If a flatbed cannot access the pad, additional crane services may be required.

Box4Grow modular grow rooms range from approximately $50,000 for 10ft pilot units to $150,000+ for fully-equipped 40ft commercial containers. Final pricing depends on facility size, HVAC-D specifications, automation level, and location-specific engineering requirements. No. Box4Grow manufactures and ships modular cultivation facilities—we don’t provide cannabis licensing assistance, application consulting, or regulatory guidance. We recommend working with cannabis attorneys and licensing consultants familiar with your state’s specific application process. We focus exclusively on building compliant grow rooms.

Every Box4Grow modular grow room includes: commercial-grade HVAC-D climate control, full-spectrum LED lighting systems, automated irrigation/fertigation, 24/7 remote monitoring, security infrastructure (surveillance, motion detection, alarms), and compliance documentation. Electrical connection, water hookup, and internet connectivity are required at your site.

Yes. We engineer facilities for your state’s specific climate; from Florida’s hurricanes (up to 180 mph wind resistance) to Maine’s cold winters (cold-weather HVAC systems). Our modular construction meets local building codes including wind load, snow load, and seismic requirements depending on your location.

Facility size depends on your license type, patient/customer projections, and cultivation methodology. A 20ft container (160 SF) suits microbusinesses or propagation. A 40ft container (320 SF) produces 180+ lbs annually. Multi-container facilities support complete workflows (propagation → vegetative → flowering). We help you size appropriately during consultation.

Box4Grow partners with cannabis industry financing providers to offer equipment financing and leasing options. Payment structures typically include deposit (30-50%), progress payments during manufacturing, and final payment before shipping. Contact us to discuss financing solutions for your budget.

Installation typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on facility complexity and site readiness. Single 20ft or 40ft containers can be operational in days with proper electrical/water hookups. Multi-container facilities requiring interconnections take 1-2 weeks. We provide installation coordination and systems commissioning support.

Yes. We welcome prospective customers to tour our New York manufacturing facility and see Box4Grow modular grow rooms in production. Schedule a facility tour to view construction quality, inspect HVAC-D systems, and discuss customization options with our engineering team.

Standard HVAC maintenance (filter changes, system cleaning), LED array inspections, irrigation system checks, and security camera maintenance. We provide operational training during installation and offer ongoing technical support. Most operators schedule quarterly preventive maintenance on climate control systems.

Box4Grow currently manufactures and ships modular grow rooms exclusively to customers within the United States and its territories. International shipping requires additional engineering certifications, customs coordination, and regulatory compliance verification we don’t currently support. However, you may contact us for any special query, we might be able to help.

Our standard 12-week manufacturing timeline applies year-round. During peak ordering periods (typically Q1-Q2 when new licenses are issued), lead times may extend to 14-16 weeks. We recommend ordering as early in your licensing process as possible to secure your production slot.

Yes. Modular construction allows relocation if needed. Single-container units (20ft, 40ft) can be transported to new sites with proper permitting and foundation preparation. Multi-container facilities require disconnection and professional moving coordination. Relocation costs vary by distance and facility complexity.
