Etain Health needed a full turnkey cultivation facility to begin year-round production in Trenton, New Jersey, while its larger buildout moved forward. The facility had to support propagation, flowering and dry and cure functions, along with secure operational space for staff, utilities and processing.

Box4Grow designed a modular system for rapid deployment on the temporary site. The rooms connect through a single access hallway, making it easier to move between spaces while preserving a closed, sealed cultivation environment.

Delivered in less than eight weeks.
The system was assembled in Box4Grow’s New Hampton, New York warehouse, then installed and finished on site in Trenton. Insulated R-21 modular panels and central automation created a controlled environment designed for continuous operation.
